Family-owned franchise group

Franchise operators,in it for generations.

K3K is a family franchise group, named for the three of us, all K's. We operate Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins in New Jersey, with Lightbridge Academy on the way, and we own the real estate beneath our stores where it makes sense.

Lightbridge Academy

An early-education franchise we're building now, taking the group beyond food and beverage.

Track record

Seven brands. Two generations.

K3K formed in 2022, but the family has been operating franchises since 1998, starting with Blimpie. The portfolio has spanned food, mall retail, dining, and education, and now the next generation is stepping in to carry it forward.

What we do

Operate, develop, and own.

We run the stores, build the next ones, and where we can, own the ground they sit on.

01

Multi-unit operations

Running locations across brands to one standard, the same care behind every counter.

02

New-unit development

Site selection, build-out, and openings. Lightbridge Academy is under construction, with more to follow.

03

Real estate ownership

Where it makes sense, we own the commercial real estate beneath our stores, so we control our locations instead of renting them.

04

Hands-on management

Family-run and on the ground. The owners are in the stores every day, not just on paper.

Why K3K

Operators who know the difference.

Multi-brand operators

We run different concepts, from QSR to dessert to education, on one disciplined playbook.

We own our real estate

Where it counts, we own the ground beneath our stores, so there's no landlord to answer to.

Operating since 1998

The family has spent decades operating franchises, so we know a good deal from a bad one before we sign.

The owners are in the stores

Family-run and on the ground. Decisions are fast, and accountability stops with us.

How we work

Principles we don't bend on.

01

Owners, not flippers

We buy and build to hold. Our locations are meant to stay in the family for the next generation.

02

Run by the family

Decisions are made by the three of us whose name is on the door. We stay close to the ground, accountable, and in it for the long term.

03

Built to last

We reinvest steadily instead of stripping cash out. We'd rather run fewer stores and run them well.

About

Three K's, one family business.

Built from one store and a lot of ambition.

K3K is named for the three of us, a family whose names all begin with K. It started in 1998 with a single Blimpie and a lot of ambition, an immigrant family building something from the ground up. Over the years that grew into franchises across food, retail, dining, and education, and in 2022 we brought it together under one name.

Today that means Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins in our stores, with Lightbridge Academy under construction. The owners are still in the stores every day, running it the way the family always has: close to the work, reinvesting patiently, and holding what we build for the next generation to run.

“We're not building to sell. We're building something the next generation of the family can run.”
